Oak Mountain Lady Eagles · 2026–27

Your whole season, handled.

Team and individual portraits before the first game, then a feed that runs itself from opening tip to senior night. All from a studio that already shoots Oak Mountain.

Why us

We already shoot Oak Mountain.

We photographed Oak Mountain Middle School basketball last season, so the players coming up through your program have already been in front of our cameras. We're also Oak Mountain parents. This is our school community, not a market we drive into.

So we know the uniforms, we know the light in that gym, and we know how to run a media day that doesn't eat a practice.

The work

Programs we already serve.

Most of the pieces below come from one program's single season, which is what season-long coverage actually looks like from the inside. The coaches are from three different schools.

Lori and Kenny make everything so easy. Their communication is intentional and timely. Set up is quick and efficient. They are professional, treat my athletes like rockstars, and provide quality images and graphics to use. They also give parents the ability to purchase pictures, buttons, and more to celebrate their child and their season. They provided all requested graphics and match results templates for the season to me within five days of our media day. All custom requests during the season were provided within two days of the request. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else.

Coach Grace · High school volleyball

Third Cup has partnered with my school volleyball team to do individual, group, and team photos the last 2 years. Third Cup is professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. Looking forward to many more years of partnership!

Coach Haley · High school volleyball

Third Cup has provided my school with wonderful services! They have photographed my volleyball team individually, in groups, and as a team, and they are always professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I truly appreciate the quality of their work and look forward to partnering with them again in the future!

How it fits together

The photos aren't a separate line item. They're what the feed runs on.

Media day gives us a library of every player, shot properly, before the season starts. Every graphic for the next four months comes out of that library. Most programs are limited to whatever photos happen to exist by game night. Yours wouldn't be.

October

Media day

Every player photographed, plus the team.

The library

A season of raw material

Clean, cut-out-ready images of all of them.

Nov–Feb

Posts, every week

Game days, features, and milestones, all built from those photos.

February

Senior night

The one night families keep forever.

What you get

Two pieces. They work best together.

Photography

Media day

One session on your court before the season starts. Varsity and JV both, same day, same price.

  • Individual portraits for every player, both teams
  • Team portrait for varsity and JV
  • Coaches and staff
  • One home game shot in season
  • A senior night banner, on us
  • Online gallery where families order directly
  • Delivered within two weeks

Other printed pieces are available at additional cost: extra banners, yard signs, posters, schedule cards, and team gifts.

Social

The season, covered

About 12 posts a month on Instagram, more in tournament weeks. We run it. You coach.

  • Game day graphics and score recaps
  • Player features and milestones
  • Commitment and award announcements
  • Senior night
  • Sponsor spotlights for whoever funds it

Season social covers varsity on Instagram. JV can be added if you want it.

Both, as one season

The shoot feeds the feed. Booked together they're one program with one plan, not two vendors and two invoices.

What we need from you

One call. One media day. A group text.

One kickoff call90 minutes on media dayA text thread for scores

That's the whole ask. No standing meeting, and we don't need your practice time. If a game ends at 9:40 and you text us the final, that's enough for us to have something up that night.

The calendar

Where this has to land.

Your season opens in early November. To shoot media day before the opener, we'd want a date on the calendar by early October.

Now

Kickoff call

We map out the season together.

October

Media day

Before the opener. It can't happen after.

Nov–Feb

Season coverage

From the opener through tournament play.

February

Senior night

Portraits, a banner on us, and the posts that go with them.

After

Season recap

The year, wrapped up in one piece.

What your feed would look like

$2,400
One Gold sponsor
Your own sponsorship page sells a Gold package at $2,500, and its headline benefit is a sponsor logo on your social media graphics: game day, player of the game, final score. Those are the exact posts we'd be making every week. The benefit is already sold. This is what delivers it.
− $2,500
What the program carries
That covers the season outright, with about $100 left over.
$0

And we'll help look. We can't promise a sponsor, but we'll put the word out to our own network, at whatever level someone can support, and we'll build whatever a sponsor needs to see to say yes.

What that assumes
  • One Gold sponsor at the $2,500 level your athletic department already publishes. Selling it is the real work.
  • Silver and below don't include the social graphics benefit, so a lower tier wouldn't carry the same argument.

One invoice, paid before media day. No monthly contract and nothing to cancel.

Before you ask

The questions a school actually has.

Are you insured and background-checked?

We carry liability insurance and can send a certificate straight to your athletic department. On background checks, we'd complete whatever your district requires before we're on campus. Kenny cleared one for an Oak Mountain school years back, driving a bus, so the process isn't new to us. We'd rather put a current one on file than point at an old one.

How do families order, and what does it cost them?

Families order from our gallery, the same one you've used for volleyball. Individual images are $12, and a player's full gallery is $44. None of it runs through the program: we send families the link after media day and they order directly from us.

See the gallery
Who owns the photos? Can the school use them?

We hold the copyright, and Oak Mountain is free to use the photos for the program: social, the athletics site, programs, senior night, banners, the yearbook. The one thing we ask is that files aren't forwarded on to players or families. That's what the gallery is for, and family orders are part of what makes the shoot work at this price.

What if a parent doesn't want their athlete posted?

We keep an opt-out list from day one. If a family asks to be left off social, that athlete still gets full media day coverage and a gallery. They just never appear in a post.

What if a player misses media day?

They won't have portraits for the season. We build a full mobile studio on your court for that one session, so it isn't a setup we can repeat for one or two players. They'd also be missing from the player graphics built off those photos, so it's worth telling your team early that media day is the date to protect.

What happens when games get moved or canceled?

Nothing on your end. Text us the change and we adjust the content plan. Weather and schedule shifts are part of a season.

Do we have to give you our account logins?

Yes. To post for the program we'll need access to the accounts. We'll set it up together on the kickoff call, we only take what's needed for the channels we're actually running, and you can change the credentials the day the season ends.

Who you'd be working with

We're Oak Mountain parents.

Our kids are in these schools. Plenty of nights we're in the stands like everybody else, without a camera. You almost certainly already know someone who knows us.

You work directly with both of us, so the same two people are at media day, at the games we cover, and in your inbox all season. That's the accountability, too. We live here. A program we let down isn't a client we could quietly lose.

Happy to put you in touch with coaches and directors we already work with.

Third Cup

Let's get media day on the calendar.

Call or text Lori and we'll find a date. If it's easier to loop in your AD or booster board, send them this page.

What happens next
  1. You text, call, or email us.
  2. A short call to lock the scope and pick a media day date.
  3. We send a written quote you can forward for approval.
  4. One invoice, paid before media day. Then we shoot.
